Initial assessment (up to 60 mins)

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your voice, breathing and/or swallowing concerns, along with a discussion of your goals and a personalised management plan.

Follow up sessions (up to 60 mins)

Follow-up sessions focus on reviewing your progress, providing tailored therapy, and supporting you throughout your treatment journey.

We are registered providers with most of the UK’s health insurance companies.  Please check with your insurer to confirm whether they will cover your sessions and obtain any authorization codes before booking an appointment.

If you insurance cover part of your treatment, all fees for initial consultations and follow up sessions will be charge at the clinic rates. If there is any shortfall between your insurers contribution and the clinic fee, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

We offer a free 10 minute no obligation phone consultation to discuss your needs and whether further assessment and therapy may be needed.

Self-Pay Appointments

To secure your appointment, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable following your appointment.

Insurance Funded Appointments

Depending on your healthcare insurance policy and individual agreement, there may be a difference between the amount covered by your insurer and the full cost of your therapy sessions.

We strongly recommend that you check your level of cover in advance. Where there is a shortfall between the insurer’s contribution and the full appointment fee, this will be invoiced to you directly or requested as a patient contribution, in line with your policy terms.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Appointments that are not attended without prior notice may be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to claim missed appointment fees through private medical insurers. If your appointment is funded by a health insurance provider and is missed or cancelled at short notice, you may be personally responsible for any applicable cancellation charges.
